Trusted Data Exchange Framework for Central Asia (CASDU) is a strategic initiative to establish an interoperable, sovereign, and standards-based digital infrastructure for cross-border trade, transport, and economic integration across Central Asia.

- Create a trusted regional digital layer compatible with ESCAP, CEFACT, WCO SAFE, and ADB frameworks;
- Enable seamless cross-border data exchange through unified protocols and legal harmonization;
- Position Central Asia as a digital corridor between East, West, and South.
