tokencostlibrary was missing specific regional and generic model name patterns for AWS Bedrock's Claude 3.5 Sonnet and Claude 3 Haiku, leading to "unrecognized model" warnings and preventing cost calculation. This PR adds these patterns and updates the documentation.
