Miscellanious fixes

Apologies for this random PR. It fixes a few different things -

1. Update regression targets in configs based on latest knowledge of Alex's previous results
2. Add PACMAP script for npm1 and punctate dataset
3. Add a script to combine features from 2 runs (e.g. npm1 and npm_64_res)
4. fixes bug in reconstruction for pointcloud SDFs where eval_scaled_img was being set to False instead of True. Also adds option to change resolution to 64
5. fixes bug in regression where 0 valued targets were included
6. updates drug q value plot to show 1/q
7. Edit xlims on bar plots
8. Use train dataloader to compute emission stats because test set sometimes returns empty meshes (poor reconstructions)
