docs: assume thermodynamic canon, add full lineage (Gate, Shield, AB, SLIME-Core)

Summary

Doctrinal realignment following the 2026-04-22 canonical consolidation audit.

Two structural problems fixed:

1. Thermodynamic status was contradictory. The README said "any thermodynamic or physical interpretation is external, optional, and non-required," and ARCHITECTURE_BOUNDARIES.md listed "Thermodynamics" and "Physics" under Explicitly Excludes. The canonical position is now that SYF-Core is thermodynamic in principle, not metaphorically.
2. Lineage was incomplete. The old boundary doc treated Gate and Shield as bundled inside Anathema-Breaker, and did not mention SLIME-Core at all. The corrected lineage is:

SYF-Core  ->  SYF-Gate  ->  SYF-Shield  ->  Anathema-Breaker  ->  SLIME-Core

Changes

• README.md
  • Replace "mathematical law of coherence / thermodynamic interpretation is external" with explicit upstream thermodynamic theory framing.
  • Add Thermodynamic status section (canonical, not optional).
  • Add Position in the ecosystem section with Gate / Shield / AB / SLIME-Core.
• ARCHITECTURE_BOUNDARIES.md
  • Full rewrite. Gate and Shield are now independent upstream primitives (sections 2 and 3), not bundled "inside AB".
  • AB is section 4 — sealed synthesis of Gate + Shield.
  • SLIME-Core added as section 5 — canonical execution membrane derived from AB.
  • Thermodynamic status (section 6) replaces the old "Thermodynamics = external reading" clause.
  • "No downstream contamination" (section 7) and "Single authority across layers" (section 8) encoded.

Not changed

• Genesis bundle (docs/genesis/) untouched.
• No code, no invariants, no sealed spec content modified.
• Documentation-only patch.

Test plan

• Verify companion PRs land with same lineage wording (AB, Gate, Shield, SLIME-Core)
• Confirm SYFbot knowledge pack is regenerated from the new canon
• Final doctrinal review
