The function multiSampleComparisonClonalCN does not manage properly the analysis if a sample does not have subclonal.

I have the same problem. Also, do you know what the format for the listNormCells should be? if we have 2 normal and 2 tumor, can we just submit their raw data matrix to the listNormCells and listCountMtx respectively?
