Summary

Regenerate GitHub Actions CI workflow using xmsconan 2.6.0 helper commands
Update xmscore dependency from 7.0.1 to 7.0.4
Standardize .gitignore with organized sections and missing entries

Test plan

Verify CI workflow runs successfully on all platforms (macOS, Linux, Windows)
Confirm wheel build, repair, and upload steps work with new helper commands
