Context
sis-skill is the genesis implementation of both standards — sequence 000001, the first production package carrying agAuth identity and ACP connection manifests.
The
agauth.jsonandacp.jsonmanifests (added in the previous commit) declare:ag-4f8a2c1b-000001-9e3dStandards Stack
sis-skill carries all three trust layers. This is what the next generation of agent infrastructure looks like.
