All Key Vault control plane API versions before
2026-02-01retire on February 27, 2027. This retirement is separate from the access-control (RBAC vs. access policies) migration. Azure CLI 2.90.0+ and Azure PowerShell 16.3.0+ are required to use API version2026-02-01and later; earlier API versions will be suspended after the retirement date.This is added as a
