The repository still pins pnpm 11.8.0. Upgrade to 12.6.0, published September 22 and the newest stable release that had cleared the seven-day quarantine when selected. The existing dependency quarantine, exclusions, and workspace dependency resolutions remain unchanged.
This is a major-version upgrade. CI uses
pnpm/action-setup6.1.0 for its pnpm 12-aware native bootstrap, avoiding broken Windows launchers in PowerShell. CI and the contributor bootstrap continue to read the root pin. If an older global pnpm cannot auto-switch to the new native distribution, run the existingnpm run install-pnpmbootstrap.
