✨ What kind of change does this PR introduce? (Bug fix, feature, docs update...)

CI fix. Only the example's Android build files change.

⤵️ What is the current behavior?

Build Android App has failed on every build.yaml run since at least 15 September (latest failure on develop):

e: Language version 1.4 is no longer supported; please, use version 1.8 or greater.
Execution failed for task ':gradle:compileKotlin'.

The example pinned AGP 7.3.0 and Kotlin 1.7.10, which current stable Flutter no longer builds. That makes CI red on every PR, including 38 and 40, whether or not the PR caused it.

🆕 What is the new behavior (if this is a feature change)?

The example's Android build now matches the setup flutter_cache_manager builds green with (Baseflow/flutter_cache_manager@94bf4fc): AGP 9.0.1, Kotlin 2.3.20, Gradle 9.1.0, Java 17, and Flutter's builtInKotlin / newDsl opt-outs. The example has no native plugin dependencies, so the transitive jni trouble fcm ran into does not apply here.

There is no version bump or CHANGELOG entry, since the package itself does not change. Pinning the Flutter version in the workflow comes in a follow-up PR.

💥 Does this PR introduce a breaking change?

No

🐛 Recommendations for testing

This PR's own CI run: all nine jobs pass, including Build Android App. Also checked locally with flutter build apk --release on stable 3.47.4.

Internal ticket FPL-34. The CI failure it fixes also blocks the planned move to main-only branching.

Current stable Flutter compiles its flutter_tools Gradle build with the
Kotlin Gradle plugin the example pins, and rejects 1.7.10 with "Language
version 1.4 is no longer supported". Build Android App has failed on every
run since at least 15 September.

Move the example to the shape flutter_cache_manager already builds green
with: AGP 9.0.1, Kotlin 2.3.20, Gradle 9.1.0, Java 17, and Flutter's
builtInKotlin/newDsl opt-outs. The example has no native plugin
dependencies, so none of the transitive jni trouble fcm hit applies.

Fixes FPL-34.
