Synopsis

Prepares a new Windows 11 installation by removing unnecessary applications, installing desired applications via Winget, applying group policy changes via registry, and activates Windows/Office using Massgrave.

Registry Changes

• Prevent Auto-restart while user is logged in
  • ADD KEY: HKLM:\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\WindowsUpdate\AU
    • ADD DWORD: NoAutoRebootWithLoggedOnUsers = 1
• Disable new Windows 11 context menus
  • ADD KEY: HKCU:\Software\Classes\CLSID{86ca1aa0-34aa-4e8b-a509-50c905bae2a2}\InprocServer32
• Disable Web Search from Start Menu
  • ADD KEY: HKCU:\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\Explorer
    • ADD DWORD: DisableSearchBoxSuggestions = 1
• Disable telemetry
  • KEY: HKLM:\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\DataCollection
    • ADD DWORD: AllowTelemetry
