Convert 16 upstream .topic tutorials (with fixed codeSnippets path resolution) and freshly translate zh-Hans/zh-Hant/ja/ko without reusing stale reference translations, restoring sidebar targets that 404'd after the wipe + incremental-only sync.
Blank lines between <table> and <tr> end CommonMark HTML blocks and break Vue parsing. Normalize tables in auto-reload and express-migration pages across all locales.
