  • CalcSimpleOverEnrichment since it is a duplicate of CalcOverEnrichment with just the optional minNumberInTerm not set.

Additions

  • second result type and second enrichment function that calculates QValues and Benjamini Hochberg FDR based on OntologyEnrichment results

  • XML comments

  • tests

  • unit tests added

  • docs updated
