This commit corrects the case of 'as' to 'AS' for better visibility in Dockerfile. Furthermore, a new .gitignore file has been added to the downloads directory to ignore all files in it, excluding the .gitignore file itself.

This commit corrects the case of 'as' to 'AS' for better visibility in Dockerfile. Furthermore, missing directory 'downloads' was added to the repo with a new .gitignore file has been added to the downloads directory to ignore all files in it, excluding the .gitignore file itself.
