Adds the RQL anchor step to the VS Code TextMate grammar. Synchronizes with main while preserving both local-value spellings, and requires exact wrapper-token boundaries so names such as anchor-extra and foo-local-value do not receive misleading partial highlighting.

Key Changes:

  • Resolve the grammar conflict without losing either vocabulary addition.
  • Add positive and near-miss TextMate regressions; all 21 grammar tests, typecheck, formatting and diff checks pass locally.

Touch Points:

  • editors/vscode/syntaxes/bifrost-rql.tmLanguage.json
  • editors/vscode/test/rql-grammar.test.ts

Companion to BrokkAi/bifrost-dev#4649.

Add the language-neutral anchor wrapper to the conservative TextMate grammar so named-capture finding anchors receive the same editor highlighting as other RQL steps.
