Along with some updates to documentation, it made sense to add an
examplesfolder with some isolated examples users can run to test the different methods available on the PHP SDK.My approach to these examples was to keep everything needed inside the
index.phpfiles so they could be easily copy/pasted into a users project, instead of a bootstrap file, plus some examples require more arguments than others.
