• Rename the "Personal Details" page to "Billing Details". The page covers the billing address and company information, and business accounts do not have "personal" details. The URL /account is unchanged, so no redirect is needed.
• Add a "When changes take effect" section. Readers could not tell why a corrected address did not appear on the next monthly invoice. Monthly usage invoices use the details fixed at the start of the billing cycle, while payment receipts use the details at the time of payment. Includes a dated example.
• Document the validation shown when saving billing details: address verification with a suggested correction, US ZIP code requirement, EU VAT number validation, and that a VAT number requires a company name.
• Note that team members need billing permissions to edit billing details, and that already issued invoices are not changed automatically.
• Add the Taxation page to the Billing navigation group. It was only reachable through a legacy redirect.
• Remove the "once per month" limit on billing address changes from the Sales Tax page. No such limit exists.
• Cross-link Taxation, Sales Tax, and Billing History to the new section so the effective-date rule lives in one place.

Known follow-ups (not in this PR)

• The Sales Tax page duplicates the U.S. section of the Taxation page. Consider merging it into Taxation, redirecting /billing/sales-tax, and pointing the existing /us-taxation redirect straight at /billing/taxation.
• billing/index.mdx has sidebarTitle: Overview but is not in the navigation. Either add it as the first Billing page or delete it.
• Screenshots on the Billing Details page were not refreshed.
