This change up dates the intel compiler (
ifort) to version 2021.10.0 (the latest version available on Gadi). This is chosen as it is the most recent intel compiler that still preserves bitwise reproducibility, and allows for testing CABLE-LSM/CABLE#713 which requires intel compiler version 2021.6.0 or greater.
