Description
The following changes add the ability to run CNMF-E algorithm for caiman library. Notice that this algorithm does not return a processed file on disk but rather updates variables within the CNMF-E caiman module. What I'm doing is writing those configurations within an hdf5 file to disk which can be later used for another caiman operations.
Curious note: I was able to take a look at the content of that file through this page.
