Proposed changes
Kaivos will go away later this year, or early 2026 at the latest. Same functionality is offered by Pukki DBaaS, which is now the foremost service for setting up & running database servers at CSC.
This PR is on hold until Kaivos goes away. Documentation is needed by some projects still using Kaivos.
