Currently the Google tag manager code is placed somewhere after the body. But webmaster tools demand it be placed directly after the opening body tag to function properly. I added the before tag to make sure this happens.

I believe it's placed After the opening body to satisfy the requests from Adwords and other marketing bits to fire properly. But with their are easier ways to validate webmaster tools then adding a snipette to the GTM |
