If you're using version before v0.0.7-alpha, you have to regrant accessibility according to following steps. It's necessary because Peninsula is now notarized.
- Remove Peninsula in Accessibility, Privacy & Security, System Settings.
- Open Peninsula.
- Add Peninsula again in Accessibility, Privacy & Security, System Settings.
- Reopen Peninsula
