Simplify overbuilt conditionals in auth module

This PR addresses overbuilt conditionals in the authentication module by replacing unnecessary if/else patterns with cleaner guard clauses.

Changes Made

Updated two functions in auth/index.js to use guard patterns instead of if/else blocks:

• generateNewAccessToken
• generateNewRefreshToken

Before:

if(tokenObj.error){
    console.error(tokenObj.error_description)
    res.status(500).send(tokenObj.error_description)
}
else{
    res.status(200).send(tokenObj) 
}

After:

if(tokenObj.error){
    console.error(tokenObj.error_description)
    res.status(500).send(tokenObj.error_description)
    return
}
res.status(200).send(tokenObj)

Benefits

• Improved readability: Guard clauses reduce nesting and make the happy path more obvious
• Consistency: Both authentication functions now follow the same pattern
• Maintainability: Simpler control flow is easier to understand and modify

The changes maintain identical functionality while improving code quality. All existing tests pass and the server operates normally.
