Summary

• Update GitHub repository links from the old cisco-foundation-ai org to Cisco-Talos.
• Update GHCR image references to ghcr.io/cisco-talos/peak-assistant.
• Replace the Foundation AI OSS Code of Conduct contact with the Talos maintainer enforcement contact.

Validation

• Ran git grep for old repo/GHCR/mailbox references in tracked files.
• Ran git diff --check before committing.

Notes

• Model/provider references to Foundation AI were intentionally left unchanged.
