Purpose of change
#83316 fixes caster_level spellcasting adjustment so time to make use of it.
Describe the solution
Update the bonus from holding a matrix crystal on the appropriate power path to +6.
The fix PR will also enable the bonus to powers for being near or in Nether locations to work, meaning there will now be a carrot (extra temporary power level) to go with the stick (extra Nether Attunement)

Spawned a matrix crystal and picked it up, it gave +6 levels.
