initial hosted.yml.j2 structure
Split up defaults properties in seperate files.
proxy repos started
cleanup deprecated yml file because a role has been created.
Removed testing defaults because they will be overwritten anyways. Init roles.yml.j2
Syncing repo with routing rule with api
if routing_rule_matcher isnt set, don't set routing_rule routing rules use all proxy lists now.

Added jinja2 templating to create hosted, proxy and group repositories.
Enriched the nexus code to be able to create and sync routing rules for proxy repositories.
