📦 ARCHIVED (2026-06-05). This repo documents CSA IT/Operations strategy and research from roughly 2022–2024 — SaaS strategy, vendor evaluations, threat models, Wardley maps, and operational practices. It was good work for its time, but the AI era has fundamentally changed how this kind of work is done, and the content here no longer reflects current practice. It is preserved as-is for historical reference. The thinking it contains (vendor R&D, capability mapping, operations strategy) continued and evolved within CSA's Chief Innovation Office.
This is the CSA It Operations public repo, all information within here is public and not sensitive, in fact most of it is easily determined from open sources.
The purpose of the CSA IT Operations team is to do both IT and Operations (like the name implies) but to also provide a concierge like experiience ("you want to go eat dinner, well let me reccomend a few options...") and to provide a limited R&D capability, in assessing vendors/services, finding new ones, forecasting where cloud services are going in the future based on our needs and those of our members and so on (e.g. the growing need for SaaS security controls).
Public facing informtion such as SaaS strategy and vendor integrations
