• Mentors can be experienced software engineers in the organization who have worked for at least 2 years as a software developer (People with designation SDE 2 or above are preferred).
• They should have good knowledge of the product that is being considered for the project.
• They should also have a good understanding of the tech stack being utilized for the project.
