This adds methods from the Linear Response Paper by Antown et al.
In addition, there are several utility functions relating to levelsets, and a very minor bugfix that did not warrant its own PR (thats the one line in src/TO.jl).
I have to admit in advance that I wasn't really able to understand the current build setup, so in particular, it might happen that the example does not really compile. However, the basic idea is there, and I'm sure it is rather easy to fix any of these problems in this case. Also, the example does not really show of any of the levelset functionality.
