The LoRa handler as the name suggests handles the communcation initiated by Rakwireless RAK4631 using LoRa OTAA ABP.

Decoder and JSON

The decoder function in js file returns decoded value which is utilized by the JSON in http integration to send the JSON-format data using HTTP-PUT method.
