LST-AI v1.0.0 - Release Notes

We are excited to announce the first release of LST-AI v1.0.0, a software package for MS lesion segmentation and annotation.

Key Features:
Lesion Segmentation: Utilizes a Deep Learning Ensemble based on 3D-U-Nets for accurate MS lesion segmentation.
Lesion Annotation: Provides utilities for annotating lesions according to the McDonald Criteria.

System Requirements:
We provide LST-AI as a python package / command line tool, and exemplary Dockerfiles for using LST-AI as a CPU/GPU docker container.
LST-AI has been natively developed and tested on linux, but may be adapted to other platforms as well.
