Purpose

_Describe the purpose of the pull request, link to issue describing the problem, etc.

Changes

  • Regenerate protobuf code.
  • Handle CBor -> Cbor renaming in generated code.
  • Support P10 for ProtocolVersionInt and conversions with protobuf types.
