When competitor features change, the weekly matrix updater now also: - Updates comparison tables in migrate-from-*.html pages - Updates provider count claims (e.g. '5 providers' → '8 providers') - Detects 12 provider groups from competitor READMEs - Maps index.html row labels to migration page variants Workflow updated to stage all docs/ changes, not just index.html. 23 new tests for provider counting, table updates, claim rewriting.

When the weekly competitive matrix run detects changes, it now also updates the corresponding migration pages — comparison tables and provider count claims. 23 tests.
