This is my own take on the Constitution as of right now, but it is still a work-in-progress. This is much more barebones than the Intersect draft, so I might end up adding some things back in.
I have also set aside the guardrails section for now, as I'm unsure what to do about it. If they are defined in the ledger or in on-chain scripts, do they really ALSO need to be defined in the Constitution?
Lastly there are also two commits included so far. The first with just deletes (probably for diff comparison) and then the second for re-writes I made. Each of those has a Google doc with my commentary and thought process.
