This is my, Adam Dean's, personal suggested modifications and changes to the language of the Cardano Draft Constitution.
This should not yet be considered complete and ready for merging or updating as there is still need of much discussion and consideration of some of the other articles that this first-pass draft does not capture.
Also, I have not been able to thoroughly review the Guardrails section as yet.
