Add dropzonejs and simple_media_bulk_upload to the install profile

- Audio works fine
- Documents work file (tested all filetypes allowed)
- Images work, however the crosshair when selecting the focal point does not show up. To replicate, go to any WYSIWYG editor and add an image. Drop a new file or select a new image file to upload. You will see the crosshair is missing on the focal point preview
