When Salesforce Enhanced Chat third-party service was added to Third Party Services, the form fields were set as strictly
Requiredwhich would cause other third-party services to need these fields even if you were not adding the Salesforce chat client.This has been corrected so they are only required if the Salesforce Enhanced Chat is selected.
