doc: Fix broken links in Glossary documentation

Summary

Reference links in the Glossary documentation pointing to the LoRa Alliance website are broken probably due to the changes in the LoRa Alliance website.

Changes

1. Updated the broken links in the Glossary section with the working ones.
2. Updated the example URL in the Tenant ID description to make it more clear.
