Simple update to increase the Android SDK level for Google Play.

The .zip file is for Windows and the .tar.xz file is for Linux. The .apk file and the .obb file are for Android (you need to install both).
Please download the game through the TacticalLauncher for Windows or as a Flatpak for Linux.
The Android version is available on the Google Play Store.
You can get the server as a container image for Docker or Podman here.
