Boids - Pre-release v0.1

Windows executable with the Boids simulation.
It simulates the three main behaviors described in Boids by Craig Reynolds:

• Separation.
• Alignment.
• Cohesion.

Additionally collision avoidance and interest point have been added.

Not optimized yet but functional.
