This PR implements the idea of having number system as discussed in #319
Conversation: #319 (comment)

Tasks:

Reuse Prefs to store the selected number system (Internation by default)
Show dialog to switch and update in prefs
Update Result and Input Expression text values
Write Test cases
Dev Testing
