chore: update google_generativeai latest version to 0.8.5

Update google_generativeai lockfiles and dependency package lockfiles.
This performs the following updates:

1. Some google_generativeai lockfiles use google_generativeai latest. This will update google_generativeai and dependencies.
2. Some google_generativeai lockfiles use a pinned (non-latest) version of google_generativeai, but require the latest version of another package. This will update all such packages.
