This is to work around the registry UI not rendering the docs or rendering it partially (with broken anchor links). It will instead just show a link to the .md file with the full documentation on Github.
This reverts commit 4af0439.
Moved the LLM rules file outside of the statically generated /docs

Dashboard documentation is currently not rendering fully on the hashicorp registry due to its length, which means links are broken and not everything is displayed there.
This PR removes the fully rendered docs/ file for the dashboard resource, in favor of a link to the file stored in Github.
