Investigate if user option (for removehost and forcedrop) will still work for users no longer in the server #465

You can force the issue by manually typing in a mention, but it's quite janky. Pressing enter on the option will try to select a suggestion instead, so you have to press right out of that field first. Additionally, the functionality currently assumes the Member exists, so it doesn't actually function even so.

Even with #466, it's still worth discussing the bad UX of entering a left player

#466 is merged, having confirmed in the process that this does work. It should also be an edge case because of #454. However as stated, actually entering the mention is a pain, especially for hosts not experienced with discord snowflakes and mention formats, so it's possibly worth discussing if there's anything we can do to make it easier.

This came up again with /report-win when the opponent left the server.

Oh, that could be an issue. The standard for ease-of-use is higher for participants, so we probably want a better solution for this one if possible.
