[QuarantinedTest]attribute fromTargetTestinsrc/Tools/Extensions.ApiDescription.Client/test/TargetTest.cs.All 16 test methods in this class have been passing with 100% pass rate across 30+ days (300 passes each across 30 builds) in the
aspnetcore-quarantined-testspipeline (definition 84).The quarantine was originally added to track dotnet#50662.
