This still isn't merged right? I think it is a very useful feature to have. |

Unfortunately a victim of lack of active maintenance and since I only have a limited amount of time to get "one last release" out. I'm inclined to leave this open for whoever wishes to take over daily ownership of this project. |

I think this could also benefit from some tests and some additional documentation. |

Added
invalidargument allowing invalid ini to be parsed. Good when ini is interleaved with another format like csv, which occurs in products of some company.
