Enables class-wise recall comparison between two matchers or saved scorecards, making regressions and blind spots easier to spot during engine evaluation.
Scores a matcher across a configurable threshold grid in one pass and reports recall, precision, FPR, and best F1 to help pick an operating point.
Adds CHANGELOG, bumps version to 0.2.0, and runs compare/sweep in CI offline smoke checks
