Notification on the UI when a game new update is available #923

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
It'd be nice to know if there was an available update to download for my games so that I can keep up-to-date with patches and content additions/updates.
Describe the solution you'd like
An icon on the game thumbnail in the Library tab is how I envisioned this. But any way to know that there's a new update to download would be amazing.

- A discord message saying a new update is available for

Hi! I’d like to take a look at adding an “update available” icon on the game thumbnails in the Library tab, as the original request suggested. Is that still wanted as a separate small change, or is it better handled as part of the smart update management work? Happy to follow whatever design you have in mind.

Thank you for asking. Actually, I'm not very satisfied with the state of the game cards today. I think there is too much information, and I'm trying to think about a better way to display all of it. If you have some ideas, feel free to contribute a PR with screenshots. I already started adding update management in the latest commits for 1.5.0.
