This PR adds the graphviz system dependency to the documentation CI workflow. The system-level graphviz package is required for the pyreverse tool to generate UML diagrams in SVG format, which is already part of the documentation build process.
Changes:
- Added installation of graphviz system package via apt-get in the documentation deployment workflow
