Summary of Changes

Hello @aliciamontesinos, I'm Gemini Code Assist1! I'm currently reviewing this pull request and will post my feedback shortly. In the meantime, here's a summary to help you and other reviewers quickly get up to speed!

This pull request refines the canopy_service_test function by enhancing its documentation to provide clearer context, parameter details, and usage examples. Additionally, a statistical function call was explicitly qualified with its namespace to improve code robustness and prevent potential conflicts.

Highlights

  • Documentation Enhancement: The canopy_service_test function's documentation was significantly improved, providing a clearer description, explicit parameter and return value definitions, and a concrete example.
  • Namespace Qualification: The binom.test function call within canopy_service_test was explicitly prefixed with stats:: to ensure proper namespace resolution and prevent potential conflicts.

🧠 New Feature in Public Preview: You can now enable Memory to help Gemini Code Assist learn from your team's feedback. This makes future code reviews more consistent and personalized to your project's style. Click here to enable Memory in your admin console.

Changelog
  • R/canopy_service_test.R
    • Improved the function's title, description, parameter definitions, return value, and added an example.
    • Prefixed binom.test with stats:: for explicit namespace referencing.
    • Removed an unnecessary trailing newline at the end of the file.

Code Review

This pull request updates the documentation for canopy_service_test, makes a minor code style improvement by namespacing a function call, and removes a trailing newline. The documentation changes are a great improvement in clarity. I've found a small typo in the new documentation. I also have a suggestion regarding a performance issue in one of the loops and a comment about the removed trailing newline, which is a common convention to keep.
